@FrankHghTwr yeah was in the hospital for a week and they checked me completely ! i was feeling ok like 15 min after the whole thing

@FrankHghTwr not 10% but bloodsugar and bloodpressure was bad ! everything else was good
@Zwiebelprinz Sounds like a better diet and exercise regime might help. Have you considered letting macros chase you and feed you?
